NTEU is the exclusive representative for OCC bargaining unit employees. Chapter 299 represents OCC bargaining unit employees across all lines of business in the following states, except for those employees whose duty station is headquarters: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
